摘要 组合孔径光学系统是一种新型的光学系统,其主镜由多个小口径的子镜拼接而成。这样的拼接式光学系统能够满足口径大、重量轻和可以折叠的要求。传统的光学系统受口径的限制,无法提高分辨率。组合孔径光学系统用易于加工的小口径光学元件拼接成难于加工的大口径光学元件,提高了光学系统的分辨率。组合孔径光学系统的主要技术问题就是它的装调和检测。本论文结合组合孔径拼接项目,总结组合孔径光学系统的装调过程,介绍了具体的装调及检测步骤,用ZYGO干涉仪测量光学系统波前图,根据波前图和ZYGO干涉仪上的数据对光学系统进行辅助装调。装调后的系统经检测,用CCD相机观察分辨率可达到68lp/mm,达到了相机的分辨率极限;用显微镜观察系统分辨率可达到96.7lp/mm,满足了项目设计指标要求。 The synthetic aperture optical system is a new type optical system,whose main mirror is composed of several sub-aperture mirrors.Sub-aperture stitching technology can help optical system fulfill the requirements of large aperture,light weight and collapsible.Traditional optical systems have resolution constraint because of the limited aperture.The synthetic aperture optical system can overcome this shortcoming,which will use many small components to construct the largeaperture,hard-processing main mirror.The key technology of synthetic aperture optical system is its alignment and test.In this paper,a modified cassegrain system with synthetic aperture is adjusted and tested.The ways to adjust synthetic aperture optical system are discussed and the actual steps to adjust the system are introduced.The ZYGO interferometer is used to test the wavefront of the optical system.The waveform data acquired by the interferometer can help us to adjust the synthetic aperture optical system.Finally,the adjusted synthetic aperture optical system was tested by a CCD camera.The resolution can rearch 68lp/mm,which meets the maximum resolution of the camera.And the maximum resolution of the optical system is 96.7 lp/mm,tested by microscope.The test results meet the requirement of the project indicators.
