摘要
研制了全固态连续波555nm黄光激光器,黄激光由Nd:YAG和Nd:YVO4晶体的946nm和1342nm谱线非线性和频产生,两条谱线各自晶体对应的能级跃迁分别为4F3/2-4I9/2和4F3/2-4I13/2。实验中采用复合折叠腔结构,利用KTP晶体II类临界相位进行内腔和频,当注入到Nd:YAG和Nd:YVO4晶体的泵浦功率分别为20W和10W时,获得1.1W的TEM00连续波555nm黄激光输出。实验结果表明采用Nd:YAG和Nd:YVO4两种激光晶体进行腔内和频是获得黄激光的有效方法。
The all-solid-state continuous wave 555 nm yellow laser is reported,yellow laser from Nd: YAG and Nd: YVO4 crystal 946 nm and 1342 nm frequency spectrum and a non-linear,two spectrum Crystal line their corresponding level transitions were 4F3/2-4I9/2and 4F3/2-4I13/2.Experimental use of folded cavity structure,Yellow laser at 555nm is obtained by using a doubly folded-cavity,type-II critical phase matching KTP crystal intra-cavity sum frequency mixing by 1342nm and 946nm,with incident pumped power of 20W in Nd:YAG and 10W in Nd:YVO4,TEM00 mode Yellow laser at 555nm of 1.1W is obtained at last.Experimental results show that the use of Nd:YAG and Nd:YVO4 two laser and two crystals is receives the yellow laser efficient way.
