摘要
以正硅酸乙酯为硅源,氨水为催化剂,通过改变表面活性剂,我们可以在碱性条件下合成不同介孔形貌的二氧化硅微球。这些粒子可以通过透射电子显微镜得到表征。在采用带电荷模板十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的水溶液的条件下将生成具有高度有序介孔通道的不规则球形粒子。在以酒精/水为共溶剂条件下将生成表面更光滑的介孔微球。在均相不带电模板十二烷基胺的条件下可以得到无序介孔通道的球形粒子。
Using tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)as silica source and ammonia as catalyst,while varying the initial surfactant,different spherical mesoporous silica were synthesized in alkali condition .The particles were characterized using transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Using a charged template,cetyltrimethylammonium bromide,under aqueous conditions,particles of irregular spherical shape were synthesised with highly ordered mesoporous channels.Under ethanol/ water cosolvent conditions more smooth spheres were yielded with a mesopore structure.Under homogeneous conditions,using a neutral template,n-dodecylamine,monodispersed regular spheres with disordered channels were obtained.
