摘要
详细叙述一种基于ARM的工业以太网通信控制器的设计过程和开发过程,包括关键技术及核心算法。该系统将计算机网络技术引入工业控制器领域,按照以太网标准连接电子设备与PLC,应用帧的复用技术实现数据传输的并行性,采取多种网络技术保障通信的实时性,并以Web方式实现对通信的控制与管理。
This paper describes the design and development process of an industrial Ethernet communication controller based on ARM,including the key technology and the core of the algorithm.This system introduces computer network technology to industrial control fields,connects electronic equipment and PLC according to Ethernet standard,uses frame multiplexing technique to achieve parallel transmission,adopts various network technology to guarantee communication of realtime,controls and manages the communication by Web.
