摘要
研究了专家系统在延迟焦化焦炭塔生产操作中的应用,并给出基于CLIPS的专家系统的设计和实现过程。将专家系统引入焦炭塔操作过程中,构成焦炭塔操作专家系统。该系统集成了丰富的工程师操作经验并以知识库的形式进行存储,同时采用产生式规则作为基本的知识表示方式,构建延迟焦化焦炭塔生产操作系统知识库。利用CLIPS对专家系统的知识库和推理机进行开发,便于操作人员获取最佳操作方案,并实例阐述了专家系统的有效性。
This paper focuses on the implementation of expert system on the delayed coker column operation.The detailed design and implementation procedures are given based on the CLIPS platform.The expert system is introduced to the operation procedure of coker column,constructing the Coker column operating expert system.The developed system integrated rich experiences of different engineers,which is saved in the form of knowledge base.In the meanwhile,the generation rules are utilized as the basic form for knowledge expression,forming the knowledge base of Coker column operating system.The utilization of CLIPS for the development of knowledge base and inferential machine can make the operators obtain the optimal operation strategy conveniently.The case study demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method.
