依达拉奉治疗急性后循环脑梗死临床疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价依达拉奉治疗急性后循环梗死的疗效和安全性。方法将86例急性后循环脑梗死(POCI)患者随机分成2组,治疗组45例,对照组41例。治疗组在一般抗血栓治疗(氯吡格雷)及活血化瘀药物(血栓通)基础上加用依达拉奉30mg加入100mL生理盐水中,静脉滴注,2次/d;对照组仅用氯吡格雷和血栓通,2组疗程14d.在治疗前和治疗后第14天应用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01),且未出现明显不良反应。结论依达拉奉治疗急性后循环脑梗死安全有效。
