摘要
综述了生物活性物质在功能高分子微球上的固定化研究进展,着重阐述共价结合法的最新进展———定向共价结合;功能高分子微球的制备、表征;以及生物活性高分子微球的性质、应用等。
The recent advance in immobilization of biologically active macromolecules onto functional polymer microspheres was reviewed with 37 references, and emphatically dealed with the recent development of covalent orientated coupling. Methods of preparation and characterization of functional polymeric microsphere were described, particularly the method of copolymerization of functional monomers and characterization of surface of functional latexes were discussed in detail. The application of biologically active polymer microsphers was also briefly covered.
