摘要
从液体水的结构角度综述了聚合物特别是凝胶中水的状态及聚合物与水的相互作用的最新研究进展。由于采用的实验技术不同以及对聚合物水相互作用的不同理解，对凝胶中的水状态的看法各异。另外，还探讨了水对多糖相转变及凝胶剌激响应性的影响。
The state of water in polymers and the interaction between polymers and water were reviewed with 35 references. Various classifications of the state of water in polymers were resulted from the analytical techniques employed and the different comprehension of the interaction between polymers and water. In addition, the effect of water on the phase transition of polysaccharide and the stimulus response of hydrogels were discussed.
