摘要
以丙烯酸甲酯(MA)为改性单体,与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),苯乙烯(St)和氯化聚乙烯进行悬浮接枝共聚,合成了接枝型MMCS树脂,研究了MA,CPE用量对接枝参数,产品力学性能和流变性能的影响,同时考察了树脂的微观结构与形态。
Copolymers of chlorinated polyethylene(CPE) graft methyl methyacrylate(MMA), methyl acrylate(MA) and styrene were synthesized by suspension swelling graft copolymerization. Graft degree and graft efficiency decrease with increasing CPE content. The apparent viscosity of grafted copolymers decrease from 1.48×10 5 Pa·s to 0.937×10 5 Pa·s(180 ℃) with increasing MA content. MA content also give influnce on mechanical properties. The rheological behavior and morphology of MMCS resin shown that MA can be used as compatibilizer monomer.
