摘要
用间歇法(二阶段法)以及间歇法半间歇法相结合的方法(三阶段法)合成了PBA/PS复合胶乳。TEM的研究结果表明,间歇法合成的复合胶乳粒子尺寸比较均匀,无明显的核壳结构;随着乳化剂用量的降低,复合粒子的尺寸增大;增大壳单体的用量,并且采用间歇法半间歇法相结合的方法,可以合成具有明显核壳结构的复合胶乳,动态力学研究的结果表明,通过复合技术可以提高PBA和PS的相容性,用间歇法合成的复合胶乳粒子所形成的膜在升温过程中,在100℃以前发生相重排现象。
Two series of poly(n butyl acrylate)/polystrene composite emulsion were synthesized by batch and batch semibatch method respectively. The morphologies of particles were characterized by TEM and TBA. The effects of feeding methods of shell monomer, and emulsifier amount and weight fraction on morphology were discussed. The composite emulsion particles synthesized by batch semibatch show core shell structure clearly, whereas the paricles synthesized by batch method have no core shell structure and the size of particles increases with the increasement of emulsifier amount. The compatibility of PBA and PS was improved in composite emulsion.
