摘要
通过在熄焦水中加入一定比例的气膜熄焦剂进行熄焦，针对调整气膜熄焦剂的加入比例及改变配煤比后所得焦炭的冷态、热态强度指标进行检测，探讨了气膜熄焦剂的最佳加入比例以及熄焦剂加入后对焦炭质量、熄焦操作和经济效益等方面的影响。
Certain proportion gas film quenching agent was put into coke quenching water for coke quenching. After changing the proportion of gas film quenching agent and the blending ratio of coal, the cold and hot strength indexes of the coke samples were determined, the best proportion of the gas film quenching agent and its impact on coke quality, coke quenching operation and economical benefit were discussed.
