摘要
分析了循环流化床锅炉结构与工艺特点，研究开发了基于经验的专家智能控制策略。主要控制系统有炉膛负压控制、料层差压控制、主蒸汽温度控制、减温喷水控制、汽包水位三冲量与主蒸汽温度协议控制、燃烧系统专家智能控制。控制系统有效地解决了工艺大滞后、强耦合、非线性等带来的困难。
Abstract The dynamic of CFBB process is so complicated that traditional method is not available.In this paper,a new expert intelligent control strategy is proposed for combustion and vapor process of national CFBB based on experience.Using this method,large lag,big coupling and problems from boiler are well solved and continuous automation is becoming possible.This method has been well used in Shengzhou Thermal Power station of Zhejiang Province.
