论我国废润滑油再生行业的发展思路

DISCUSSION ON THE DEVELOPMENT THINKING OF DOMESTIC USED LUBRICATING OIL REGENERATION

列举了废润滑油再生行业出现滑坡的现象，认为我国废润滑油再生行业滑坡的根本原因是行业的不成熟、不健康，无章可循、无法可依是这个行业陷入困境的症结所在。结合国外废润滑油再生行业发展过程中的一些重要做法，指出了建立市场经济的机制和秩序、确定废油再生在我国经济生活中位置的发展思路，并提出了健全法制、规范市场、调整行业结构。

The phenomenon of used lube oil regeneration depression was list.It was thought that the depression are due to no rule to follow,no law to depend on.According to foreign some methods in used lube oil regeneration development,pointed that the development thinkings of setting up the market economy system and order,determining the position of used oil regeneration in domestic economy.Suggestions on strengthening legal system,normalizing market,adjusting the trade structure and enhancing the technological innovation were pointed.
