摘要
以中原原油减二线脱蜡油为原料，考察了氨法精制的最佳实验室操作条件。研究表明，使用ＳＷ１破乳剂，可使环烷酸脱除率达９８％以上，精制润滑油质量满足Ｑ／ＳＨＲ００１－９５质量标准，同时得到环烷酸副产品；破乳剂在溶剂中循环使用，不需要再生；不产生三废，可降低生产过程的操作费用。
Taking the vacuum cut two fraction dewaxed oil from Zhongyuan crude oil as raw material,the optimum operating conditions for ammonia treating at lab.was investigated.The study showed that,by SW 1 demulsifier,ammonia method is rather efficient with more than 98% of naphthenic acid removed,the quality of the treated lube oil is good enough to meet specification of Q/SHR 001-95,and in the meanwhile,the naphthenic acid as a by products is obtained.SW 1 can be used by recycle in extractant and need not be regenerated.This method can eliminate the “three wastes'and reduce the operation cost.
