摘要
通过文献资料法、跟踪调研法、统计分析法对安徽省重竞技运动管理中心女子柔道队8名运动员的扫腰技术进行分析与研究,提出扫腰技术在训练和比赛中是一项威胁大、得分高的技术。在实施过程中,必须与其它技术结合使用,才能创造运用的时机,提高运用的成功率。
Using the literature and data, tracking survey and statistical analysis methods, this article analysed and researched the eight athletes＇ sweep waist technique of Women＇s Judo Team in Heavy Competitive Sports Management Center. The paper proposed that sweeping waist in training and competition is a major technology to win a high score. In the implementation process it must be used in combination with other techniques can be created using the moment to improve the success rates.
