通过文献资料、逻辑推理等方法,对当前体育课程模式的实效性分析,旨在探讨提高体育教学的实效性增强学生体质健康。提出:要正确对待学生兴趣与体质健康细节,并通过理论培养兴趣;通过理论贯通实践培养兴趣;通过及时回馈培养兴趣;通过学校体育优势培养兴趣;对学生和教师的考核指标要明确来增强体质健康从而提高体育教学的实效性。

Through the literature, methods such as logical reasoning, on the current model of the effectiveness of physical education curriculum analysis, this paper explores how to improve the effectiveness of physical education to build up student＇s health. The author proposes that people should adopt correct attitude toward students＇ interest in health and physical details, and through theory and practice to cultivate students＇ interest; through advantage of school physical education to cultivate their interest; for students and teachers must be clear indicators of the assessment to enhance the physical health so as to enhance the effectiveness of physical education.
