Investigation And Study On The Characteristics Of Physical Self-Concept Of College Students

采用身体自我描述问卷(PSDQ)对1244名大学生进行调查,探讨其身体自我特点。结果表明:男生身体自我明显优于女生;乡村来源学生的身体自我明显优于城镇学生;非体育专业间学生身体自我不存在显著性差异,但体育专业学生身体自我明显优于非体育专业学生;每周锻炼时间或次数越多,对学生身体自我的影响越积极。

This paper investigated 1244 college students so as to analyse their characteristics of physical self-concept by using the Physical Self-Description Questionnaire （PSDQ）. The results showed that the male students’ physical self-concept was significantly better than the female students’; Students coming from rural areas indicated significantly better than those coming from urban areas; There was no significant difference among the non-P.E. students, but the P.E. students’ physical self-concept was significantly better than the non-P.E. students’; The more time or higher frequency of physical exercise per week college students spent, the more positive influence on the college students’ physical self-concept would be achieved.
