艺术类大学生人格特质与心理健康关系的调查研究

Investigation of Relationship between Personality Traits and Psychological Health of Art College Students

大学生是心理问题的高发人群。艺术类专业的特殊性形成了该专业大学生特有的心理特点。以问卷法的方式对艺术类240名大学生的心理健康状况、人格特质及二者的关系所进行的调查,在测量结果的基础上寻找造成艺术类大学生心理健康差异的原因,提出以完善人格为目标的心理健康教育模式,并且有针对性地提出加强其心理健康教育的对策和建议,以便为对艺术类大学生开展心理咨询和思想政治教育提供理论依据。

College students have a high risk of psychological problems.Art college students form their unique psychological characteristics due to their professional specificity.This study investigating into psychological health,personality traits and their relationship of 240 art college students via questionnaire,based on the measuring results,shows the reasons which cause the mental health differences of the art college students,proposed the mental health education model with the goal of improving the personality,and offered a targeted solution and suggestion to strengthen their mental health education so as to providing a theoretical basis for carrying out ideological and political education and psychological counseling for art college students.
