“三权分立”制度不适合中国的原因分析

The Malady of the Separation of Powers

"三权分立"既是西方国家政治制度的根本原则,也是西方民主政治的重要形式。不可否认,这一原则对防止封建势力复辟和巩固资产阶级统治地位起到了重要作用,但是在其实际运作过程中却难以避免的出现令西方国家遭受切肤之痛的种种弊端。这一制度从本质上与中国社会主义国家的国家性质以及社会主义民主政治制度相违背,其要害就在于它从根本上否定了人民的最高决策权和事后监督权,最终只能给中国人民带来毁灭性的灾难。

The separation of powers is not only the principle of political system but also the major form of democracy in the western countries.It can not be denied that this principle played an important role in preventing the comeback of Feudalism. However,it is inevitable that some drawbacks appeared in the operation processes of the principle.The sticking point of this principle is that it is negate the topmost power of the people in decision-making and superintendence.It will bring the destructive calamity to Chinese people.
