摘要
利用改进的自动测硫仪,以三种烟煤和一种无烟煤为研究对象,在不同温度、气氛和空气流量条件下对影响型煤燃烧过程中硫析出特性进行了研究,并对脱无机硫北宿型煤硫的析出进行了讨论.试验表明:炉温、煤在炉中停留时间、煤种、硫的存在形态、煤中钙基组分的含量、煤周围氧气的浓度和空气的流量等因素影响型煤燃烧硫的析出速度和析出量.研究结果可对型煤燃中固硫的研究提供依据.
Three kinds of bituminous coals and one kind of anthracite have been used to investigate the characteristics of sulfur evolution during briqutte combustion by means of improved automatic sulfur analyzer in this paper.Different experimental factors are examined,including temperature (300℃~1 200℃) ,oxygen concentration and velocity of air.In addition,the paper has studied the quantity of sulfur release for no inorganic sulfur coal.The results show that the rate and quantity of sulfur evolution are affected by of air.The results can provide some prescription for sulfur fixation of moulded coal during combustion.
