摘要
采用色质联用技术分析了流化床煤温和气化过程产生焦油的组成及其相对含量.结果表明:煤温和气化焦油主要含有BTX,PCX,萘以及C12~C20脂肪烃类等化合物,其中80%以上属于芳香族化合物.与一般热解焦油相比,煤温和气化焦油中的BTX,PCX,萘和C12~C20脂肪烃分别增加了约11%,45%,40%,26%,从而增加了焦油中的轻油组分。
Tars from mild gasification of Shenmu coal on fludized bed reactor (FBR) were analyzed and compared with pyrolysis on FBR.The results indicated that the tars from mild gasification include mainly BTX,PCX,naphthalene,alkanes(C 12 ~C 20 ) and so on.Compared with thermal pyrolysis under the same other conditions,the yields of BTX,PCX,naphthalene and alkanes (C 12 ~C 20 ) increased 11%,45%,34%,26% respectively.So the light oil yields of tar were increased and the tar quality was improved also.
