Due to the impact of market economy,the executive power of college and the academic power imbalance,as well as increasing enrollment,graduate students have ever weakening self-criticism spirit.The measures of remodeling the selfcriticism include;exploring the profound knowledge,rationally dealing with the influence of market economy,relaxing control,adjusting relations between administrative power and the academic power,positioning the university＇s role with far sight,rationally increasing enrollment to improve the quality of graduate students.
