低碳经济:我国能源战略的路径选择

Low-carbon Economy:The Routings of China's Energy Strategy

随着资源环境与经济发展的矛盾日益突出,21世纪人类正面临着经济发展方式的新变革,以低能耗、低物耗、低排放、低污染为特征的低碳经济是未来经济发展方式的新选择。我国工业化、城市化进程不断加快,能源需求不断增长,构建稳定、经济、清洁、安全的能源供应体系面临着重大挑战。本文针对我国能源利用水平、能源消费结构的特点,探索在低碳经济视角下我国能源战略的实现途径。

As the contradictions among resources,environment and economic development are increasingly outstanding,human is facing a new mode of economic development change in the 21st century.The low-carbon economy,with the features of low energy consumption,low material consumption,low emission and low pollution,is the new choice of the economic development mode in the future.China＇s progress of industrialization and urbanization has been accelerating continually,and energy demand has been growing constantly,so building a stable,economic,clean and safe energy supply system is confront with great challenge.For the level of China＇s energy utilization and the feature of her energy consumption structure,this paper explores the path to realize the energy strategy of China under the perspective of low-carbon economy.
