论古典汉语散文英译中的审美再现

On Aesthetic Reflection in Translating Classical Chinese Essays

在古典汉语散文的英译过程中,译者立足于译语文化,通过多种翻译方法与手段构建译语文本,并在译文中再现原语文本的三个层面(话语层、形象层与意蕴层)之美,并最终在译文中完美再现原作的美学效果。本文通过实例分析,探讨再现三个层面之美的过程中,译者采用音韵补偿,文化图式构建,背景信息加注等翻译手段在审美再现中的效用,以使译语读者获得与原语读者相近的审美体验。

In the process of translating classical Chinese essays,the translator constructs target texts on the basis of target culture with various translating strategies,and reflects the beauty of three dimensions in source texts-the dimensions of discourse,image and artistic connotation,in which the aesthetic effect of the source texts could be perfectly reproduced.Based on case studies of reflecting the beauty in three dimensions,this paper gives a tentative research on the effect of the application of such strategies as sound compensation,cultural schema construction and annotation in aesthetic reflection so as to arouse similar aesthetic experience in TT readers.
