基于农户决策行为的耕地质量评价理论与方法构建

研究农户决策行为与耕地质量评价和保护之间的规律,提出基于农户决策行为的耕地质量评价方法和耕地质量保护对策势在必行。在对国内外农户耕地利用决策、耕地质量评价进行回顾总结的基础上,笔者认为基于农户决策行为的耕地质量评价研究是未来耕地质量评价的一个重要发展趋势。为此从耕地质量评价的角度出发,提出了基于农户决策行为的耕地质量评价的相关理论、指标体系构建及其相关研究方法。在理论研究方面,重点研究农户耕地利用目标差异性及其时间空间变化规律,分析农户在不同耕地利用强度下的耕地质量影响过程及其效应,分析这种影响效应的自然过程与农户耕地利用之间的协调和复合关系。在耕地质量评价指标体系研究方面,要构建基于农户决策行为的耕地质量评价体系,并从农户对于耕地质量评价要素的影响关系出发,构建合适的耕地质量评价要素的分值体系,以分析由于农户决策行为差异性造成耕地质量空间变异性的特征规律。在耕地质量评价研究方法方面,不仅要借助传统的学科方法,还要引进遥感信息识别技术、地理空间分析技术、空间尺度分析技术,以提升基于农户决策行为的耕地质量评价研究水平。

The research on the arable land evaluation based on the household decision is very important,especially for the arable land quality improvement in China.We proposed that the household behavior and the land use intensification should be introduced into the research on the arable land evaluation.Law for arable land intensification change with different scale due to the different household land use objects,and the driving force of the change in land use is the key to the arable land evaluation,and the research should be improved.The arable land quality should not only lie in the natural factors,but also in the household land use type and the land use intensification.The arable land evaluation indicator base on the land use effects at the household scale should be established.As to the research method,the land resources science,3S technique and the development economics should be introduced together.Only provided that there is a distinguished the arable land quality,can we establish an applicable land use policy to improve the arable land quality.
