摘要
基于激光加工技术,首先对激光打标的定义进行了阐述,介绍了激光器的种类、控制系统的演变及激光打标的优势,详细说明了激光打标机的工作原理,结合原理对激光打标机的系统组成、激光电源、激光的产生、Q开关的原理、结构及功能等作了说明,根据维修经验对激光光路的调整进行了详细总结,最后对于常见的故障现象及解决方法进行举例说明。
Based on the laser processing technology,the definition of laser scribing is described.Types of lasers,changes of laser control systems and ascendancy of laser scribing are described.System components of laser scribing machine,laser power supply and the generation of laser and theory,structure and function of Q-switch are introduced.Depend on the work experience the adjustment of laser optical is described.Finally,the trouble phenomenon and solution are introduced.
