摘要
以隐性白羽肉鸡、矮脚黄鸡和广西三黄鸡为育种素材,经过4个世代的专门化品系选育,根据生产需要和品系特征设计不同的杂交组合,开展配合力测定,培育成金陵黄鸡。商品代公鸡平均出栏日龄为63 d,体重1 834 g,饲料转化比为2.38∶1;母鸡平均出栏日龄为95 d,体重2 023 g,饲料转化比为3.25∶1。
Recessive white chicken, dwarf yellow chicken and Guangxi Sanhuang chicken were treated as breeding materials. Durative strain selection was performed to these breeds for four generations. According to production needing and characters of the strains ,different hybridize combinations were designed and combining ability were tested to cultivate the Jingling Yellow strain. The average marketing age,body weight and feed conversion ratio for commercial cocks were 63 d,1 834 g and 2.38：1,and that of commercial hens were respectively 95 d,2 023 g and 3.25：1.
