摘要
对哈尔滨市常用绿化树种麦李(Cerasus glandulosa)、红王子锦带(Weigela florida‘Red Prince’)、金银忍冬(Lonicera maackii)在重金属Hg、Cd、Cu、Pb胁迫下产生的生理响应及生长量变化进行了研究。7月向栽植苗木容器的土壤中施入重金属Hg、Cd、Cu、Pb,2个月后取苗木中上部叶子及根部,测苗木的生理指标(脯氨酸、过氧化物酶、过氧化物歧化酶)和生长量。结果表明,Hg胁迫下的抗性为:麦李>金银忍冬>红王子锦带;Cd的抗性为:金银忍冬>麦李>红王子锦带;Cu胁迫的抗性为:麦李>金银忍冬>红王子锦带;Pb胁迫下的抗性为:红王子锦带>金银忍冬>麦李;重金属质量分数较低时,可以促进植物的高生长,质量分数较高时产生胁迫。
An experiment was conducted to study the physiological response and growth increment of three common afforestation tree species in Harbin,such as Cerasus glandulosa,Weigela florida'Red Prince' and Lonicera maackii,under heavy metal stress (Hg,Cd,Cu,and Pb). Heavy metals were applied to the soil in July. Two months later,proline content,peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activities as well as growth increment of all the seedlings were measured by picking up the upper leaves and roots of seedlings. Results showed that the ranked order of the resistance to Hg or Cu was C. glandulosaL. maackiiW. florida 'Red Prince' under Hg or Cu stress,L. maackiiC. glandulosaW. florida 'Red Prince' under Cd stress,W. florida 'Red Prince'L. maackii C. glandulosa under Pb stress. Low concentrations of heavy metals could promote the height growth of the seedlings while high concentrations of heavy metals showed inhibition effect.
