摘要 用不同质量分数的PEG-6000对3个品种白三叶幼苗进行干旱胁迫,测定了胁迫后1~5d内其叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性变化。结果表明,在不同质量分数PEG-6000胁迫下,SOD、POD和CAT活性随时间延长呈先升高后降低的趋势,低胁迫水平SOD、POD和CAT活性增加值大于高胁迫水平,受胁迫植株的保护酶系统能够进行自身的调节以抵抗干旱伤害。 An experiment was conducted to study the changes in protective enzymes activities of Lolium perenne treated with different concentrations of polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG-6000) solutions in 1~5 days. Activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase(POD) and hydrogen peroxidase (CAT) were determined. Result indicated that the activities of SOD,POD and CAT in L. perenne seedlings increased first and then decreased under different concentrations of PEG-6000 solutions with the prolonged stress. The activities of SOD,POD and CAT under low stress levels increased more obviously than those under high stress levels. The protective enzyme system of L. perenne seedlings under drought stress could adjust themselves to avoid drought stress harms.
