摘要
从制备氟化镝的几种沉淀过程中,找到了一种快速沉淀氟化镝的新方法,并考察了各种因素对稀土收率的影响。用透射电镜、X射线衍射和热分析等方法对氟化镝产品的形貌、粒径和组成进行了分析,测定出氟化镝产品的分子组成为DyF3·0.4H2O。
Through
several tests for precipitating processes of dysprosium fluoride,a new method of precipitating
dysprosium fluoride is found.The effect of reaction temperature,HF and rare earth concentration on
recovery rate of rare earth is also discussed.The component,appearance and grain size of the
product are characterized by TEM,XRD,DTA and TG,it is finally determined that its molecular
formula is D yF 3·0.4 H 2O.
