摘要
采用简易的奥氏仪测定FeCO3-Fe(OH)2体系水解过程产生的CO2体积以推算悬浮液中CO2-3浓度,并以CO2-3浓度建立水解率的定义式,定量研究温度、起始浓度等因素对水解反应速度与水解平衡浓度的关系。实验确定的优选水解反应条件是:温度45℃,起始浓度0.24mol/L,水解时间1.5~2.5h,最高水解率达47.5%。
The concentration of
CO 2- 3 in the FeCO 3-Fe(OH) 2 solution system is determined by simple instrument and
the hydrolysis rate is defined as concentration of CO 2- 3 .The effect of
temperature,concentration on hydrolysis rate is studied quantitively.The results of test show
that the hydrolysis reaction is the control step of the process.The optimum hydrolysis
conditions are as following:Temperature 45 ℃,material concentration of Fe 2+ 0.24
mol,reaction time 1.5~2.5 h.The hydrolysis rate can reach 47.5%.
