摘要 针对纤维分离过程中磨片动能与浆料流动压力能之间的能量转化过程,运用流体力学对其能量转换机制进行分析,导出浆料总能与其运动速度之间的关系,表明浆料的涡流流动是造成热磨机能量损耗的主要原因。对周向齿及磨齿倾角影响能量转换机理分析表明:周向齿造成浆料涡流运动;磨齿倾角的不同设置方式影响浆料的外排速度、纤维分离时间、纤维形态质量。 The mechanism of energy transformation was studied according to the hydrodynamics in allusion to the fiber separation process in which kinetic energy of abrasive discs transforms to pulp press, and the relationship between pulp total energy and kinetic speed was analysed. Results showed that the vortex flow movement of pulp is the main reason for the energy wastage of refiners. Additionally, the mechanism analysis of circumferential gears and inclination angle of grinding gears influencing the energy transformation shows that the circumferential gears result in the vortex of pulp, and the different set- ting modes of circumferential gears affect the discharging speed of pulp and the separation time of fiber as well as the quality of fiber shape.
