少量柴油对盐水介质中碳钢腐蚀的影响

Effects of a Small Amount of Diesel Fuel Oil on Corrosion of Carbon Steel in Brine Medium

应用电化学测试和腐蚀挂片法，研究少量柴油在中性盐水介质中对碳钢腐蚀的影响，结果表明：一定量的柴油在水介质中，不仅促进氧的扩散加速碳钢的腐蚀，而且使碳钢的腐蚀形貌由均匀腐蚀转为区块状腐蚀甚至点蚀；在含缓蚀剂的体系中，少量柴油的存在会影响缓蚀剂的吸附，从而降低缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果。

The effects of diesel fuel oil on the corrosion of carbon steel in NaCl Solution were studied by electrochemical and corrosion weight-loss methods. The results showed that the existance of diesel fuel in NaCl solution not only speeds up the corrosion rate but also changes the corrosion style from general to local corrosion even to pitting. In NaCl solution with inhititor, the existance of fuel has an effect on the adsorption of the inhibiton,and the inhibition effect.
