摘要
开发了高压共轨燃油系统高速电磁阀性能的测试系统,并阐述了高速电磁阀的特性。提出一种电路-磁路模型,分析了电磁阀衔铁的受力和运动过程。系统可测试不同电流及气隙工作环境下,高速电磁阀的静态性能和动态性能。通过对德国博世公司和国产的高速电磁阀性能的对比测试,验证了该系统的准确性和可靠性。
A test system for the high-speed solenoid valve (HSSV) of high-pressure common rail fuel system is developed with the characteristics of HSSV illustrated. An electric circuit and magnetic circuit coupled model is proposed and the loading and moving process of solenoid armature is analyzed. The system can test the static and dynamic performances of HSSV with different current and air gap. By comparative test on BOSCH's HSSV and home-madecounterpart, the accuracy and reliability of the system are validated.
