摘要
基于电子凸轮式运动控制器和伺服电机设计了地毯簇绒机横动驱动控制系统硬件结构,基于该硬件结构设计了横动提花控制系统.本系统利用地毯横动花型设计软件完成对横动花型曲线信息的采集、转换和存储.通过运动控制器配置软件设置运动控制器及电机参数并下载花型曲线信息,利用数字输入输出卡控制运动控制器的启动和停止,并实时监测运动控制器其他状态,最终运动控制器通过实时跟随主轴控制伺服电机带动针排按给定花型规律横动.该系统能很好代替簇绒机的机械式共轭凸轮,相比之下该系统具备地毯横动花型快速下载优势,大大提高了横动花型地毯生产准备效率.
Based on the electronic cam controller and servo motor,the hardware structure of the transverse drive system of carpet tufting machine is designed,and the transverse jacquard control system is then designed on the basis of that structure. The control system adopts the carpet transverse pattern design software to complete collecting,converting and storing of the transverse pattern information. The control system can apply the configuration software to set the electronic cam controller and servo motor parameters,to download the pattern's electronic cam curve,and can apply the digital input and output board to monitor the start,stop and other real-time status. Then the controller following the spindle can control the servo to drive the needle bar transverse movements according to the given pattern. This system is a good substitute for the tufting machine mechanical conjugate cam. Besides,this system possesses the advantages of fast download,which could greatly improve transverse pattern preparation efficiency.
