摘要
针对多油腔动静压轴承压力油流动的复杂性,使用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT对液体动静压轴承压力场、温度场的分布进行研究,得到了动静压轴承内部压力场、温度场的分布,并进一步分析了承载力与偏心率的关系.
Aimed at the complexity of hybrid oil flowing in the multi pockets of hybrid bearing,computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT is adapted to analyze pressure field and temperature field of liquid hybrid bearing. The pressure and temperature field distribution of hybrid bearing are obtained. The influence of eccentricity on the carrying capacity is further analyzed.
