基于公理化设计及模块化设计理论的服装面料实样库自动寻样系统设计

Designing Automatic Search System of Garment Material Showpiece Warehouse Based on ADT and Modularization

通过分析公理化和模块化理论的原则、特征、作用及优点,探求二者之间的关系和各种结合方式的可行性,从而得出最合理、最有效的结合方式为:先利用公理化设计理论对产品进行设计,再由模块化设计理论进行完善.并分析得出二者结合指导下的设计流程,应用到服装面料实样库自动寻样系统设计中,验证了这种理论分析过程的可行性.

By analyzing the principles,characteristics,functions and advantages of the axiom design theory （ADT） and the modularization,the relationship between them and the feasibility of various combinations was explored. The most reasonable and effective way of combining them was to design product based on the theory of ADT at first,and then to improve the product with modularization. The design process under the guidance of both theories,was applied to the design of automatic search system of garment material showpiece warehouse,and the feasibility of the theoretical analysis of this process was verified.
