摘要
撕破强力低是制约芳砜纶纤维应用于高性能阻燃织物的重要因素。通过加入高性能纤维、改变织物组织以及后整理的方法,有效地改善了芳砜纶织物的撕破性能。采用梯形撕裂测试方法,评价了芳砜纶防护织物撕破强力的改善效果。实验表明,加入5%Kevlar纤维,配合采用方平组织,并对织物进行柔软整理,芳砜纶织物的撕破强力可达到100 N,基本满足GA10—2002对消防员灭火防护服的要求。
Low tearing strength is an important factor restricting the use of China - made polysulfonamide fiber (PSA) in high performance flame retardant fabric. By blending with high performance fiber in the yarn, modifying fabric structure and after finish, the tear strength of PSA fabric can be effectively improved. The trapezoid tear method is used to evaluate the tearing strength of PSA protective fabric. The result shows that, by blending 5% Kevlar fiber in the yarn, using 2/2 basket weave and applying soft finishing, the tearing strength of the PSA fabric can reach 100 N, meeting the performance requirements of GA10 -2002 of flame retardant fabric for fire fighters.
