摘要
采用镀硬铬溶液,用电解法改变镀液中Cr3+的含量,考察Cr3+浓度对硬铬镀镀液和镀层性能的影响。结果表明,随着硬铬镀液中Cr3+含量的升高,镀液分散能力和电流效率下降,光亮区电流密度范围减小,而镀液的深镀能力、镀层硬度及其耐磨性随Cr3+含量的升高出现极值。
The effects of Cr(Ⅲ) concentration on the performances of bath solution and that of hard chromium deposit were studied. It was shown that as the Cr(Ⅲ ) in bath increases the throwing power and current efficiency decreases, and the hardness and wear resistance of the coating reach their maxima under certain conditions.
