In this paper is introduced the application status of warp knitted spacer fabric for office chair with the fabric performance requirements for office chair analyzed. It points out the advantages and development prospects of double needle bed warp knitted jacquard spacer fabric as its application to office chair. The design and production process of double needle bed warp knitted jacquard spacer fabric are discussed with practical examples.
