摘要
采用极化曲线外延法和动电位扫描法测定了合金刷镀层的腐蚀速率和实验E-pH图,对镀层和腐蚀微区进行了X-射线衍射、TEM、EDX、AES、XPS、STM表面形貌和结构分析;阐明其非晶-微晶混合结构特征和耐蚀机理。
The experimental E--pH diagram and the corrosion rates of brush plated alloy deposits were determined by Tafel line extrapolation and potentiodynamic polarization methods. The XRD, TEM,EDX, AES, XPS, STM results showed that the excellent corrosion resistance of the deposits could be attributed to the mixture structure of amorphism and micro crystals and the growth of W contained passiue film.
