A型肉毒毒素注射小腿塑形的临床应用探讨

Application of botulinum toxin A injection for calf reduction

目的:探讨A型肉毒毒素注射小腿塑形的效果。方法:选取11名小腿肌性肥大求美者,双侧小腿注射A型肉毒毒素300～400U,测量术前和术后3个月小腿最大周径。结果:术后3个月小腿最大周径缩小1.62±0.88cm,缩小比例为4.65%±2.42%,术前术后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:A型肉毒毒素能有效地减少小腿周径,小腿塑形效果满意。

Objective To discuss the effect of botulinum toxin A injection for calf reduction.Methods Eleven patients who want calf reduction were enrolled and were injected botulinum toxin A 300～400U in calf on both sides.The biggest calf perimeter were measured per-operation and 3 months after operation.Results The average reduction of biggest calf perimeter were 1.62±0.88cm in 3 months after operation,and the average reduction rate were 4.65%±2.42%.There was significant difference between before and after operation.Conclusion Botulinum toxin A can reduce the calf perimeter effectively,and can reshape calf satisfactorily.
