摘要
在使用模具喷字工艺制作的号码布里,具有封闭区域的数字0、4、6、8、9被喷为左右两半。分割三位数号码布图像里的数字。基于图像处理技术和传统统计方法从号码布图像中提取数字0-9。基于数学形态学原理从复杂背景中提取号码布图像;利用所有数字对象的底端/顶端纵坐标的标准差较大来判断半高对象的存在,并将半高对象与其右边/左边的对象合并以提取数字4、9、6;利用所有数字对象宽度的距离矩阵在次对角线上的元素值较小来判断半宽对象的存在,并将相邻的半宽对象合并以提取数字0、8。先从号码布中分割数字4、6、9,再分割数字0、8的算法是鲁棒的,该算法不受拍摄距离远近的影响,同样适用于分割更多位数的号码布。
The digits 0,4,6,8 and 9 with closed area are sprayed in two halves on number cloths made with the mould spraying-paint craft.Segmenting three digits image on number cloth was discussed in this paper.The digits from 0 to 9 were extracted from the number cloth based on image processing and traditional statistics.Number cloth images were extracted from complicated background based on mathematical morphology;Half-high objects were discriminated according to the bigger standard-error of bottom or top ordinate of all digit objects,and the digit 4 and 9 or 6 was extracted by merging half-high object with its right or left object;Half-width objects were discriminated according to the smaller hypo-diagonal element values in distance matrix of width of all digit objects,and the digit 0 and 8 were extracted by merging adjoining half-width objects.The algorithm which segments the digits 4,6 and 9 first and then the digits 0 and 8 is robust.It is not affected by the distance of camera shooting and is adapted to segmenting the number cloth with more digits as well.
