二种外转胎位术的效果观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON TWO METHODS OF EXTERNAL VERSION

目的观察臀高仰卧位联合口服舒喘灵后B超引导下行外转胎位术纠正臀位与传统纠正臀位这二种方法的临床效果比较。方法将300例患者随机分为二组,对照组:传统的平卧位行外转胎位术;研究组:臀高仰卧位联合口服舒喘灵后B超引导下行外转胎位术。记录二组的纠正成功率。结果研究组纠正成功率94.7%,对照组71.3%,二组差异有统计学意义(χ2=28.93,P<0.01)。结论臀高仰卧位联合口服舒喘灵后B超引导下行外转胎位术,不仅能够提高转胎位成功率,减少孕妇施术中的痛苦,而且能够随时监测施术效果、保证母婴安全,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of correcting breech presentations using B-ultrasound guided external rotation after administration of salbutamol sulfate,and the effect was compared with the traditional method of correcting breech presentations.Methods The 300 cases were divided into two groups randomly.The control group：150 cases were treated with traditional external version;The study group：150 cases were treated with improved external version utilizing the B-Ultrasound guided external rotation in hip high supine position after administration of salbutamol sulfate.The results were recorded and the rates were calculated.Results The successful rate of the study group or the control group was 94.7%,71.3%,respectively.Difference between the two groups was statistically significant（χ^2=28.93,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The success rate is improved effectively by means of the improved external version,and the suffering of pregnant women during operation is reduced.Meanwhile,the result of operation is monitored,and the safe of mother-and-child is ensured.The improved method should be popularized in clinic.
