摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病遗传特性和肾虚证的相关性。方法:根据自编糖尿病四诊症状调查表对2269例2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)患者及3个典型T2DM家系进行调查,通过肾虚主症和四诊症状总计分的比较,分析肾虚证程度与T2DM家族史背景的关系及肾虚证在T2DM家系中的分布特征。结果:2269例患者中,有家族史者有444例,占总调查人数的19.57%;阳性T2DM家族史的患者的四诊症状定性总分明显高于阴性家族史患者(P<0.01);3个典型T2DM家系中肾虚证成员占总调查成员的比例分别为66.7%、50%和75%。结论:肾虚证在T2DM家系中呈家族聚集性趋势,且和T2DM有伴发倾向,肾虚在T2DM的遗传特性中起重要作用。
Objective:To explore the relevance between the familial inherited characteristics of Diabetes Mellitus and Kidney deficiency pattern.Methods:According to the self-designed questionnaire involving 128 items of TCM symptoms,the total scores of Kidney deficiency pattern,the whole symptoms obtained through four diagnostic methods of 2269 cases of T2DM patients and each member of 3 typical T2DM pedigrees was collected respectively.And then the data of 2269 patients were compared to analyze the difference between the patients with positive T2DM family history and negative T2DM family history.The data of 3 typical T2DM pedigrees was analyzed to explore the distribution characteristics of kidney deficiency pattern in T2DM pedigrees.Results:There were 444 cases with positive T2DM family history,which accounted for 19.25% of all investigated.The total scores of four diagnostic symptoms questionnaire,obtained by patients with positive T2DM family history,were significantly higher than those obtained by patients with negative family history(P value〈0.01).In the 3 typical T2DM pedigrees,the number of family members with kidney deficiency pattern took up 66.7%,50% and 75% of the total investigated family members respectively in each T2DM pedigree.Conclusion:Distribution of kidney deficiency pattern in T2DM pedigrees showed a familial aggregation trend and kidney deficiency pattern was liable to be accompanied with diabetes.Kidney deficiency plays an important role in the inherited characteristics of T2DM.
