中老年人群亚健康肾虚型的证候特征初探

Primary Exploration on TCM Syndrome Characteristics of Renal Deficiency Type of Sub-health State in the Middle and Aged Population

目的:探讨中老年人群亚健康状态肾虚型的证候特征。方法:采用证候信息调查表对中老年人亚健康状态者进行中医证候信息的流行病学调查;应用描述性分析、因子分析进行数据的统计分析。结果:中老年人亚健康状态的主要证型为肾虚型,依次为:肾阴阳两虚证(22.39%)、肾阴虚证(15.42%)、肾阳虚证(10.45%)、肾精亏虚证(9.45%)、肾气(虚)不固证(7.46%)。其中肾阳虚证的证候特征为:畏寒怕冷、大便稀溏、夜尿多、小便清长等;肾阴虚证的证候特征为:潮热颧红、五心烦热、便秘、盗汗、腰膝酸软、小便黄等;肾精亏虚证的证候特征为:须发早白、脱发、性欲减退。结论:初步确定的中老年人亚健康状态肾阳虚证、肾阴虚证和肾精亏虚证的证候特征可为临床辨证提供参考依据。

Objective：To explore TCM syndrome characteristics of renal deficiency type of sub-health state in the middle and aged population.Methods：We used the questionairs of TCM syndrome messages to carry on epidemiological investigation of TCM syndrome messages in the middle and aged people of sub-health state;used factor analysis and descriptive analysis to carry on statistical analysis for the data.Results：The main TCM syndrome in the middle and aged people of sub-health state was renal deficiency type which were renal yin and yang deficiency（22.39%）,renal yin deficiency（15.42%）,renal yang deficiency（10.45%）,renal essence deficiency（9.45%）,unconsolidation of renal qi（7.46%）.The characteristics of renal yang deficiency were aversion to cold,loose stool,nocturnal polyuria,clear abundant urine,etc.;the characteristics of renal yin deficiency were hectic fever and flushed cheeks,five fiverish centres,constipation,night sweat,aching and softness of loin and knees,brown urine,etc.;the characteristics of renal essence deficiency were early white beard and hair,alopecia,hyposexuality.Conclusion：We had confirmed the TCM syndrome characteristics in the middle and aged people of sub-health state,which included renal yang deficiency,renal yin deficiency and renal essence deficiency,can provide the referential evidences for the clinical differentiation.
