摘要
以丙烯酸甲酯为起始原料，经硫化、胺解、氯环化三步得到５氯２正辛基４异噻唑啉３酮，总收率１６７％。以双酚Ｆ为主体，上述异噻唑啉酮为客体，质量比为４∶１，形成分子包合物。产物结构经ＩＲ、１ＨＮＭＲ确认，对７种微生物试验，其抑菌能力比同类产品ＧａｔｈｏｎＣＧ大５～１０倍。
The novel industry bactericide is a clathrate which is composed of 5 chloro 2 n octyl 4 isothiazolin 3 one and 4,4′ dihydroxydiphenylmethane.A reasonable synthesis route of first compound has been given out in this paper.It includes sulfidation,aminolysis and chloro cyclization,total yield is 16.7%.The product has identified by IR and 1 HNMR.The clathrate obtained is more effective in bactericidal potency than the same kind bactericide Gathon C G.
