摘要
在实验室评价了HA-1气相防锈剂的性能,结果表明它对钢、铜、铝等金属有良好的保护作用,优于目前使用的亚硝酸二环己胺。采用模拟大气腐蚀状态的电化学测试技术对其缓蚀机理进行了研究,它对金属的阴、阳极电化学过程均有明显的抑制作用。
The property of HA-1 vapor phase inhibitor was evaluated in laboratory.It showed that HA-1 has better protection for steel,copper and aluminium,compared with dicyclohexyl amine nitrite.Its inhibition mechanism was studied by simulated atmospheric corrosion electrochemistry technology.The results showed that it had inhibition effects for both anodic and cathodic electrochemistry process of steel.
