麻杏石甘汤联合阿齐霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Maxing Shigan Tang Plus Azithromyc Ine on Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的：探讨中药麻杏石甘汤联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法：将60例支原体肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用中药口服联合阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗,对照组单纯采用阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗,治疗5~7天后观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率达90.0%,显著高于对照组83.3%,有效率比较P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论：中药联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效显著,且疗程短,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of combining maxingshigantang and Azithromycine on Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods：60 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group was treated with Chinese traditional medicine and Azithromycine intravenous injection and the conntrol group was treated with Azithromycine intravenous injection.Results：Curative rate of treating group was 90.0% that was more than control group 83.3%,the result has notable difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The cure effect about traditional Chinese and Western medicine treating mycoplasma pneumonia is notable and has a short period of treatment and few side effects.This method is worth spreading.
