骨折挫伤巴布剂的制备及质量控制

Preparation and Quality control of Guzhecuoshang Cataplasm

目的：制备骨折挫伤巴布剂并对其质量控制指标进行了研究。方法：以水溶性高分子材料为基质制备骨折挫伤巴布剂,采用薄层色谱法对骨折挫伤巴布剂中当归、大黄和红花进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中血竭素的含量。结果：在薄层色谱中能检出当归、大黄和红花的特征斑点,骨折挫伤巴布剂中血竭素的含量稳定,血竭素在（3.02-37.75）μg/mL范围内线性关系良好（r=0.99983）,精密度实验RSD为0.98%,加样回收率平均为98.79%,RSD为1.23%。结论：该方法简便准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective：To prepare Guzhecuoshang cataplasm and study its parameters of quality control.Methods：Guzhecuoshang cataplasm was prepared with hydrosoluble polymers as matrix.Angelica sinensis,Rhubarb and Flos Carthzmi of Guzhecuoshang cataplasm were identified by TLC,the content of dracorhobin was determined by HPLC.Results：Angelica sinensis,Rhubarb and Flos Carthzmi could be identified by TLC,the content of dracorhobin in the cataplasm was stable,linear correlation of dracorhobin was better（r=0.99983） within the range between 3.02μg/mL and 37.75μg/mL,RSD was 0.98%,the average recovery was 98.79% and RSD was 1.23%.Conclusion：The method is convenient,reliable and accurate for the quality control of Guzhecuoshang cataplasm.
